Cycle harmony has made a huge difference in the symptoms of my menstruation in just the first cycle. I started by drinking it every day the week before my anticipated period, during my period, and a few days after. I haven’t been on birth control for 4 years, after being on it for 5 years straight. Usually Tea is bland and not the best tasting thing when you don't add anything to it ... BUT I can't say that about this particular tea. I loved the flavor, and this without a doubt was more enjoyable for me than the Tummy Tea. I finished this so quickly ... but then again I only purchased a 2 oz package, since I wanted to try it out. It did help alleviate some of my terrible cramps ... before and during my menstrual cycle. Genuinely this is something I'd drink regardless of whether I'm on my period or not... it taste good, and as you can see in the photo, it comes out to be such a beautiful color!

I’ve waited to write this review- really wanted to see how I was benefiting. I’m on the verge of tears as I don’t think I can express adequately how much this tea has helped me. I’m on a couple meds for PCOS and hypothyroidism and I’ve been feeling absolutely horrible for a week. I drank this tea twice a day for 3 weeks before my cycle hoping it would help with my awful period cramps and unfortunately it didn't. However, I also have really bad PMDD and as opposed to a solid 5 days straight of having crazy anxiety attacks, I only had one day. Not bad! I’ve had terrible mensural cramps since I can remember. Like curled up in the fetal position on the floor kinda pain.
