While I love Symbi's teas, I was a little disappointed in my experience after purchasing this one. It would be great if the teas could be better marked as gluten free or not. I tried to reach out for support to see if this tea is in fact gluten free and did not get much help. I do love the liver support tea!

Hydration tea i love the taste. I drink it cold. I make (2) 32 oz jars every time I make it. It's a must have for us in fridge drinking daily and makes us feel overall so much better hydrated.

I LOVE tea because of how much it helps my body! I prefer it cold to hot, so I always make huge batches to infuse (I’m talking 3-5 64oz bottles) that lasts me the whole week. It helps me to stay hydrated and retain water, which I had honestly lost hope in that happening without starting a medication. Even electrolytes wouldn’t help, but then I started drinking this tea daily and I stopped having issues with not retaining water!

I LOVE this tea and I literally tell everyone I know about it. I used to always be thirsty. Even if I was drinking cup after cup of water. But then I started drinking this and now I feel hydrated after only a cup. I like to leave it over night - I saw on Symbis social media that this helps pull out all the properties from the herbs. It definitely works. I sometimes will add some electrolytes to it too if I need extra hydration. It tastes so good with a tiny bit of honey if you want sweet too. My skin loves this tea.

Waited to open this because I was saving it for the right time, when I felt I could reallly use the support. A few days into my luteal phase, and getting ready to teach a yoga class in the afternoon, I reached for this and made a big carafe with ice and honey like Lindsay suggested. I brought it with me and drank the entire thing throughout my class, which helped me stay hydrated and my throat lubricated. Firstly, love the taste. Secondly, I am enjoying the benefits of the herbs which are very emotionally supportive and helps with inflammation + digestion. I am a fan and will continue drinking it throughout my luteal, leading up to my flow to see how it supports me. Thankful for this blend and many benefits of herbal support.

I am obsessed!!! The health benefits from this blend are amazing!!! I feel so refreshed after drinking this tea. During these summer days I prefer to put it on ice, but this will be a constant no matter what time of the year! I love not only that I can hydrate on a cellular level, but each individual herb has so many benefits! I can add this into my routine during my time of the month for an extra dose of Raspberry leaf to help with cramps, hibiscus for a little energy boost, and oatstraw that soothes skin and bring calmness to the nerves. That is just a few of the herbs in this blend. Drink Symbi kicked it out of the park with this one. An everyday, alllll day blend!!!! I was given the opportunity to try the hydration blend before it was released. I love the neutral and refreshing taste that it has. I have tried it hot in the morning and iced in the afternoon and both are great! It has a nice blend of herbs that help support staying hydrated but it also has other great benefits as well. If you like the taste of the cycle harmony tea, you’d also like the taste of this. A little fruity, little neutral, not too strong or overpowering. It’s great hot and tastes even better iced!
