Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, Symbi is happy to offer full returns, less initial shipping charges, and a return label fee of $6.90. We accept returns as long as the product has not been opened, and return shipping is buyer's responsibility within 30 days of shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please shoot us an email at hello@drinksymbi.com and we will address the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Missing orders, damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you opt in for Route Protection handle claims on your behalf for missing or damaged orders.
Wrong addresses
If you input the wrong address and it get's sent back to us, we will send it back to you, but you will have to pay for shipping again. Once a label is used, we have to issue a new one, so that is why there is an extra charge.Â
Subscriptions
At Symbi, we aim to make managing your subscriptions as simple as possible. Please note that all subscription cancellations must be processed before the next order becomes active in our system. Active orders are automatically generated prior to shipment and cannot be canceled or modified once they are processed.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and make the changes at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date to ensure the cancellation takes effect in time.
