We currently only ship and operate in the United States. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $6.90, that has a shipping time of 3 to 4 business days. If your order exceeds $120, shipping is free. 

We work hard to get your orders shipped in 1-2 business days, as we ship Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If there is a delay, it is posted here. 

Symbi is not responsible for packages once they are scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address. If you input the wrong address, we can resend the order once it gets delivered back to us, and you purchase a new shipping label.
