Symbi Liver Support tea has a very solid blend of clinically proven herbs for liver detoxification, such as dandelion, burdock and clover root. I steep it overnight and drink first thing in the morning, the taste is quite earthy, but you can always add sweetener to taste. I drink wine nightly and I find using this tea and other supplements helps to keep my liver enzymes in the normal range!
I love this anti-inflammatory tea. I’ve been drinking it for several months now. And now with the weather warming up, I enjoy it iced, mixed with lemon juice and a little sweetener. I also love the stainless steel infuser basket. It fits all my mugs.

I’m beyond blessed to have found Lindsay back in 2020 on Pinterest(the only social platform I’ve ever used). She is a wealth of knowledge on many things health and well-being!! I bought the Sampler Pack along with the Liver Support kit back in November and gave out a few of the tea blends as Xmas gifts and kept the rest for myself and my better half. He has never been a “tea guy”, but needless to say I have reordered the 3 that I gifted, as well as my favorites which are kidney support and anti-inflammatory, also his favorite which is leaky gut(plus I ordered the gut defense to go along with it) and he is now drinking multiple cups a day and feeling the many benefits both in digestion and overall mood. He now loves this ritual so much that when I ask if he wants a cup and which blend he would like the response is always “sure do, surprise me!” I have nothing but praise on the actual detox benefits that I have physically felt and seen upon taking the liver support tincture! But I will try to review that separately! Same for the adrenal remedy which I’ve only been taking for two weeks but I will review that separately as well.
